2024-2025 Executive Board

We're here to serve you! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.

Kiely Kingsbury
President

Kiely Kingsbury, our fearless leader is a current Master's student in the IDPT program at Baker University. She's excited about this opportunity to grow our student association and network within the ID community. She's from Kansas City, Kansas, and has completed her Bachelor's in Music Education from the University of Kansas (rock chalk). She began my career as an elementary music teacher, where she honed her passion for creative instruction and effective learning. This inspired her to seek out higher education in the ID field. She transitioned out of teaching and into an instructional design position at a law firm called Morgan & Morgan. This has been an incredible experience where she's applied her knowledge and expertise as an educator. She's always looking for new ways to upskill in the ID field, and is excited to network and grow our ID community at Baker. She's  happy to connect on LinkedIn, and if you'd like to learn more about her, feel free to peruse her website: https://kckingsbury.com/

Looking forward to a great year!

Ashley Dobrzenski
Vice-President

Ashley Dobrzenski is in her second year of coursework in the Doctorate program. She holds an M.Ed in Instructional Design from Arizona State University, as she worked for Verizon as a Sr. Trainer, where she fell in love with design. Moving to Indeed in 2019, she worked on projects such as enterprise sales onboarding and continued education and created a curriculum for the Instructional Designers, Operations, Communications team, and Facilitators at the company. Ashley now works for Maximus as the Lead Instructional Designer, where she is creating a 90-day onboarding program for the 40,000-person company. While working on her DFE, she's creating a leadership training program at Casey's for all store managers. Ashley is ATD certified in Instructional Design and holds a Certificate from Training Industry for Training Evaluation. She lives in Austin, Texas with her Dog, Deiga. She loves to hike, garden, travel, cook, and go to Broadway shows. And she's convinced the Yankees will take the series in 2024.

Leilani Jauregui
Secretary

Leilani resides in Baldwin City, Kansas, and is an aspiring Doctoral student at Baker University for Instructional Design and Performance Technology. Leilani works as an Instructional Design Associate with eCornell, Cornell University, and her IDPT interests include exploring systematic and technological approaches to allow inclusive, interactive, and relevant learning environments for students. Leilani is passionate about her Christian faith, worldwide travel, and lifelong learning. Her hobbies include Flamenco, performing arts, healthy living, and creating beverages with her espresso machine. Leilani also enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, friends, and community in her spare time.

Stacey Feindt
Marketing/Public Outreach
Coordinator

Stacey will graduate in April 2024 with a Master’s in Instructional Design and Performance Technology. She currently works as an Instructional Designer and Trainer for the U.S. Senate but her dream jobs include working at State Farm Correctional Center, an amazing farm in Virginia staffed by inmates, which she visited as part of a fellowship, or any role in IDPT that gets her outside rather than behind a computer all day. Stacey has an absurd amount of pets, but her social media reflects that her Shetland Sheepdog, Clovis, is her favorite.

Lynn Lee
Master's Student Liasion

Lynn Lee is from Singapore but currently living in Lawrence, KS. She's a Master’s Student in the Baker IDPT program, cohort 23B. She was previously a Respiratory Therapist for the last 10 years working as an adult critical care specialist and was also an allied health clinical educator. As she's really new to the field of IDPT, everything is fresh and interesting, but do has a special interest in performance improvement in a healthcare or industry setting and learning in authentic settings. She has two corgis who have traveled the world with her through international moves and has an instagram page (@suki.catori.lynn). She's also an avid hiker, climber, home baker, and loves crafting (punch needle embroidery, knitting and crocheting).

Laura Winzen
